Results must be reviewed by a licensed professional engineer before use in any regulatory submittal, FEMA application, or official report. Photonic Dynamics makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of flood predictions.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and may be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Photonic Dynamics reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
